- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Whip eggs and next 5 ingredients until smooth and lump-free. Fill shells and bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes until set.
